It is a blustery wintry day today with a gray sky and strong winds. I just took a walk in the center of town and it began to rain. Now this is the weather I expected to find here!! Before we left for London we were experiencing one of the area's prettiest autumns. Since we had such a dry summer, the leaves turned beautiful shades of gold and red. Now the trees are bare and the Stray has a stark dismal aspect to match my mood. Perhaps a nice cup of tea and some yummy biscuits will brighten the day.
