The Sad Part of Christmas...

...is taking the tree down. That's what I did this morning. Our tree really dried out quickly this year and there were pine needles everywhere. Brad put the bare tree out onto our patio. We will chop it up, stuff it into a plastic bag and take it to the local recycle center where it will be turned into garden mulch. Sounds rather morbid, doesn't it?
