This is it. Our last day in Japan. Many of the friends we've met here have expressed a hope that we will return some day. We do hope so. Will we ever? It's so hard to say. Travel is not so much fun these days. Today we woke up with the news that the terrorist alert has been upped to high. (code orange) There is no sense in getting uptight about it. We will fly today no matter what. And I'm sure we will continue to travel in the future.
